Description:
This project is to train and mentor a new mechanical engineering graduate in the sound practice of engineering methods and project management of aircraft parts programs. The trainee will be given the tools and skills necessary to become a productive part of our engineering and planning team. He/she will be trained in machining and manufacturing processes, the sequence and interaction of these processes, the management of resources around these processes, and the impact all of this has on society at large. Through this training, this individual will then have the skills necessary to make process improvements, employ innovative designs and ideas in efforts to drive efficiencies and productivity thereby improving the overall business.
