In this project we will facilitate a catch and release contest to educate the fishing community about regulations and why they are important to adhere to for the heath of fisheries. It will focus on a specific species family of Gar, which will earn the angler 5 entries per fish, but we will allow other species to be released for 2 entries per fish.
