The Project will work to separate recyclable materials by category to understand the weight volume of each category and identify more efficient/cost effective ways to handle/divert them from landfill. The project will also be to perform a compost pilot specifically on BPI certified compostables to assess the viability of an alternative waste system for restaurants bringing Waste diversion from 60 up to 95%
