Description:

The Swift Core 2 is an intrinsically-safe*, modular, cellular platform. Its primary purpose will be to enable rapid development of cellular IOT applications for ruggedized environments. This platform will be the first to enable rapid prototyping and production of C1D1* products for the industrial IOT markets. *Intrinsic safety (IS) is a protection technique for safe operation of electrical equipment in hazardous areas by limiting the energy, electrical and thermal, available for ignition. “Class 1 Division 1” – Compliance to C1D1 is one of the most stringent industrial certifications required to operate a product in the Oil and Gas industry.
