Description:
The project (Phase 1) is to develop a design path for a powered elevating and manual tilting mobile shower commode chair. Unknowns include the elevation mechanism, the tilt mechanism and the electronic/electrical control. There are several (8-10) elevating models currently being sold. They utilize a variety of elevating and tilt mechanisms. Raz needs this product so that their European distributors can sell into hospitals in countries where elevation is mandated. Successful completion of this project will allow Raz to move to the remaining phases wherein they complete the design.
