Description:

Increase production, reduce costs, and increase quality through the application of a software system for monitoring, reporting, and tracking plant operations. Current plant performance evaluation relies almost entirely on paper reports, and prevents effective analysis of the causes of inefficiency. Establish accurate benchmarks by workcell, identify bottlenecks, quantify machine reliability, operator performance, material and finished good type influence on performance, and operational factors on quality. We will use these analytics to facilitate decision making, including maintenance resource allocation, scheduling, quality improvement, operator training, and capital improvement projects.
