Description:
The objective of the project is to stabilize and increase the capacity of the patented ACAPS processing technology, to increase Beta-Glucan production from barley by 50% using smart manufacturing techniques and adding new features to this innovative technology. This will contribute to the overall process efficiency of the ACAPS system, demonstrate that the entire system is financially sustainable as well as lead to increasing its capability of producing a consistent quantity and quality of Beta-Glucan at a competitive price.
