To support our Content Manager and Director of Marketing with a variety of activities that drive brand awareness and ultimately support sales. These activities include content marketing (sourcing relevant research and writing), social media, (creation, posting, monitoring, responding to threads) and operational excellence (including the maintenance of competitive intelligence). Support Nudge clients throughout their customer journey. Key activities include working with customers through implementation planning launch, ongoing support, including quarterly reviews, ongoing customer/user support, and reporting. Contributions to scaling and operational excellence.
