The project aims to develop a unique cold storage box using Enersion’s innovative cooling technology that takes advantage of surface physics to extend cold box cooling duration by 8 times that of the regular cold boxes. By the end of this project, Enersion will prototype a small sized box for high value products such as chocolate.
