Description:

The Scorecard project intends to connect the end user to business goals and performance evaluations from management.The scorecard will incorporate multiple data inputs such as employee knowledge, behavior observations, peer benchmarks, tasks completed, certifications or milestones achieved, and overall performance against company KPIs. This will give a complete status to the learner on all activities and recommend actions that, when taken, will optimize performance and facilitate career growth. Intelligent recommendations will help guide the employee through a series of focused development efforts that optimize their performance and help them further develop. This will, in turn, help organizations meet their KPIs.
