Description:
George Brown College’s Food Innovation and Research Studio (FIRSt) is partnering with Crazy D’s All-Natural Labs Inc., on a second project for recipe optimization and recipe development for a variety of sodas. Crazy D’s has collaborated with FIRSt to optimize three prebiotic sodas, and to develop three new flavours of prebiotic soda. Crazy D’s is owned and operated by Darren Portelli and specializes in sodas made with naturally derived sugars (prebiotic root vegetables) and clean ingredients with under 5gm of sugar per bottle.
