Botaneco’s Canola Protein Concentrate (CPC) will be testing in 2 salmon feeding trials wherein nutrient digestibility & nutritional value will be assessed. To date, no canola protein concentrate has been shown to be a viable and cost-effective source of nutritive protein that could be used to offset or potentially replace the use of fish meal as the gold standard protein source to produce Aquaculture feed.
