Description:
The proposed project includes three (3) parts.
1) Develop manufacturing procedures and processes for the Firm's Control Panel Fabrication Facility so that the Firm can more efficiently and effectively manufacture and test it's products to become more competitive on an international basis.
2) Develop procedures and processes for the Firm's quoting and estimating of projects to allow the Firm to bid more effectively and efficiently as well as track profit/losses on processes so the Firm can estimate more accurately.
3) Develop engineering standards and procedures so the Firm can more effectively and efficiently engineer it's products from a hardware and software perspective, this will also allow the Firm to become more competitive in all markets.
