CAST is developing software that can efficiently collect, manage, analyze, and share “value planning” project information in an integrated and scalable way. Value planning is an approach to urban planning that provides a data driven basis for development decisions delivering maximum social, financial, and environmental benefits. CAST will achieve this by adapting the existing software platform developed by Emerge (Re-TRAC Connect) to provide the required functionality.
