Description:
BarrelWise is developing an automated system that allows for easy topping sampling and sulphating of barrel aging wine, while keeping the wine hermitically sealed in the barrel. The system allows for fluid communication through a proprietary bung, this project is focused on the phase 2 development of the system prototype, integrating pilot customer feedback and design for manufacturing considerations for scaled up subsequent pilots.
