The feasibility of using non-invasive hyper spectroscopy and Artificial Intelligence to analyse and identify bell peppers with inner rot though chemical changes on the surface of the pepper that are not visible to the human eye. The further application based on positive testing results would be creating a commercial scanning unit to identify affected peppers and sort them off the line in real time.
