An in depth analysis of open source and commercial enterprise content management system (CMS) providers to effectively position QuickSilk for lower tier North American SME's (> 100 and < 1,000 employees) that are adopting a SaaS-based CMS or switching solutions. This project builds upon our 2018 ARP that enabled the company to effectively position itself with SMB's (< 100 employees). Emphasis will be placed on our 2019 entry into the US market.
