The proposed project, FMPM is comprehensive modular planning & capacity management tool that will help Mission Critical Facilities (Data Centers, Telcos & Multi-Service Operators) to prepare for the deep impact of tremendous data growth and Massive IoT connectivity. The value proposition of FMPM is to “do more with less” as FMPM is designed to empower Mission Critical Facilities with Predictive Planning, Intelligent Preventive Maintenance and Capacity Management. It is expected to help Facilities achieve the following: • 40% - 50% reduction in Facility's Design and planning Cost • 7% - 10% reduction in Facility’s overall CAPEX & OPEX • 7x – 8x Return on Investment over 5 years
