Description:

Loopio is working on search in order to surface the right answers to our customers questions in an accurate and timely fashion. This project is important to further increase our value to customers in enabling them to leverage a library of knowledge. Our focus for this project is on reliability, accuracy and usability of our search and search products. The project will focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence to power a stronger search backend as well as design projects to make our search experience more intuitive. In addition, we will look at allowing our customers to access Loopio knowledge from more locations across the web through integrations to further secure Loopio as our customer’s source of truth.
