Description:

Micharity is transitioning from an entrepreneurial selling model to a professional selling model. The growth curve for our services is increasing. We have cultivated a repeatable sales process that is reliable and consistent enough to measure our sales activities and predict results or sales. We currently do not have enough Sales staff to handle new customer demand and services existing customers let along entering and executing on our plans to enter new markets. Hiring an additional Business Development Manager will put us in a position to grow our operations in other markets and channels
