A recent graduate from the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program, Niagara College Canada will come on board with Perth Brewery Ltd to assist and enhance all aspects of beer production, scheduling and packaging. He will become our third brewer. Our new grad, working closely with our head brewer will be groomed for a leadership role in order to improve efficiencies, quality control and develop our operations management protocol.
