Hawk Plastics is a Tier 1 & Tier 2 Automotive Supplier providing injection molded assemblies to OEMs in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Applying IRAP support, working with Crest Mold and Additive Metal Manufacturing, to combine thermal imaging, additive manufacturing, mold flow and thermal dispersion simulations (to existing injection molds), This activity will allow Hawk to optimize processing parameters to produce plastic components with improved physical characteristics and consistent dimensional integrity.
