Description:
The iNLL project consists of developing, in collaboration with NRC-CCFP, a semiconductor DFB laser with a very narrow spectrum and a flat frequency modulation response over a wide frequency range. The optical performance, reliability and manufacturability of the iNLL laser, in chip and module form, will be evaluated throughout the project to ensure compliance with the requirements of optical detection applications.
