Description:
NANAWorks is building a multi-component online platform to remove the barriers for the youth and adult autism community currently associated with the face to face coaching model for employment success. The face to face model relies on frequent in person meetings which requires access to transportation and comfort with sustained social activity which are both huge issues within the autism community. NANAWorks is also developing an autism specific employment coaching program to train existing coaches on how to engage with the Autism community.
