EUROSTARS project E! 113397 AFETAR led by Synergie Cad Instruments (Italy). There is a pressing need for more rapid screening of patients upon intake at hospitals for the presence of antibiotic resistant bacteria. This project aims at meeting this need by developing an aptamer based diagnosis of the indicative degraded form of the antibiotic.
