Green house gas emissions such as methane are becoming increasingly problematic for the environment. SEM Ltd. is working towards the development of a methane sensing UAV (Drone) which can be used to detect methane leakages or ‘hot spots’ over waste facilities, landfills or areas known to have possible methane outputs, which are causing adverse effects to the environment.
