Griffith Foods is building capabilities to deliver innovation in adding value to water and oil-based sauces, in line with our purpose of blending care and creativity to nourish the world. The focus of this project is to develop a solution to substitute the chemical preservatives, being so far the only and most widely adopted solution in the food industry, to control the growth of spoilage microorganisms, through the identification of the latest and most active compounds.
