Description:
The firm will be developing a compensation database that will store confidential salary information pertaining to various employment positions. The platform, which will enable the firm to provide their clients (Ottawa ecosystem SMEs) to have easy and quick access to raw compensation data for specific positions, assisting in the hiring, promoting and onboarding of employees. This will result in a benchmarking of compensation clip levels for Canadian firms offered as a SaaS annual subscription. Technical work is pure development and construction of data tables with linking algorithms.
