Description:
This project encompasses the automation of all of the firm's service offering:
• Standardization of quote requests from customers
• Analysis of optimal vendor selection based on price, proximity and availability of products
• Completion of quote and return to customer
In order to address these needs, the automation will be executed in phases. The key functions to be developed are:
1. Data architecture reconfiguration
2. Order parsing tool
3. Order item selection algorithm
4. Order logistics algorithm
5. Edit functions in orders
This automation technology is necessary in order to have the ability to scale the business faster.
