Description:
Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar has developed since 2005 husbandry technologies for the two local species of sturgeon - shortnose and Atlantic. As the business grows, the Firm is looking to improve productivity of it's aquaculture technology. The Youth Intern will participate in the selection of the broodstock, sampling, selective breeding, growing the progeny and measuring growth performance per families, tagging etc.
