Description:
The firm has initiated two new breeding programs, with canola and industrial hemp. This project will provide the necessary personnel to optimize the management of the field trials/nurseries associated with these breeding projects. Industrial hemp field trials are new and agronomic standards for the management of these trials have not yet been established. Haplotech will use this project to determine optimal conditions including; optimal seeding dates/conditions, optimal daylight conditions, soil fertility for plant growth, soil fertility for flowering plants, field trial pollen control, and similar agronomic factors.
