Description:
Second generation of lateral flow test for covid 19 antibody test: The first generation covid 19 antibody test contains 85% nucleoprotein and 15% spike protein, it majorly detects nucleoprotein antibody from the infected covid 19 patient. Nucleoprotein is considered as non protective antibody, a new test will be developed to test the protective antibody, it will help us to distinguish who can still transmit the virus after the recovery of the infection, or detect asymptomic covid 19 infected people but with potential virus transmission possibility.
