Description:
The COVID-19 Response SWAB Project was launched in response to the Canadian Government’s urgent request for help from Canadian manufacturers to deal with immediate testing swab shortages and to localize the production of testing swabs to avert supply issues on a regular basis, but most importantly during future pandemics. Papp Plastics currently operates three plants in Windsor, ON. The goal of the project is to repurpose part of one of the existing plants from an auto parts manufacturing facility into a testing swab manufacturing facility.
