Development of broad-spectrum, natural, clean-label, food-safe bacteriocin formulations. Currently, chemical no-rinse washing solutions are used in industries. These solutions are made from chemical ingredients that impact food or are very expensive. Bacteriocins have the advantage of having no impact on food, are versatile and our patented process allows for affordable production.
