The firm is leveraging the Youth Project to bring onboard one engineer to build out the onboarding system for a full self-serve product UI/UX. This will entail integration into the billing system, different user flows, all access to support and online documentation, walk-throughs and any linkages to marketing funnel business systems such as salesforce, etc. The success of the work will be the metrics related to traction and customer acquisition funnel to make the sale.
