Description:
Altus Assessments, a company based in Toronto, Ontario is responsible for delivering CASPer test, a situational based judgement test, that allows universities and colleges to look at applicants holistically. We will use the NRC IRAP contribution to hire a new graduate to lead the development of a load simulator that allows us to understand and improve load (# of applicants that can be tested) performance issues during a single test sitting.
