GoGet.Fit is a habit engagement platform that provides key Behavioral Change Tools (BCTs) in the support of those who desire to become active but many are lacking the self-efficacy to find success. The goal of this project is to add gamification to the user experience. Receiving extrinsic rewards such as badges for achievements or reaching milestones, adds another level of positive reinforcements that are key to the success of the user experience. The addition of gamification into the app will give the user short term goals or objectives to achieve and thus supporting their long term goal of integrating physical activity into their daily lives.
