Description:
Based on the experience working with larger organizations and systems, it is clear that there is a lack of digital infrastructure to support patients all the way from intake through treatment, to discharge. The development of an ‘Intake Module’ to be combined with the existing Progress Measurement Module will enable large healthcare organizations to properly triage new mental health patients and seamlessly manage a co-ordinated care process throughout the complete patient journey.
