Description:
CQL seeks to dramatically reduce the possibility of drowning in Arctic Canada. Every year in the Canadian Arctic a person is likely to fall through frozen ice (especially on lakes) and unfortunately, drown. There is a need for a mechanism to substantially reduce drowning when a person falls through the ice. This project aims to develop a deployable recovery system in the event of such incidents.
