Description:
Bluedrop wants to be a front-line contributor to training innovation using advanced simulation and software technologies. The Firm's vision is to create an environment where they can provide ‘Relevant training, Anywhere, Anytime’. The Firm will develop and integrate Learninglogics® with both Bluedrop and potentially non-Bluedrop developed simulators, using xAPI interfaces to collect performance data and develop algorithms to analyze trainee performance. Subsequent Learninglogics® output will enable performance comparison and management of trainee performance for adaptive training design. Bluedrop will define, analyze and measure crew performance and decision-making skills to improve training outcomes in crew environments for complex operational tasks.
