Description:
The Software Developer Intern at MetricAid will be expected to perform the following tasks in MetricAid’s code base: • Supporting development and maintenance of code, focussing on client-retention features and updates • Participate in planning and designing of new features or updates • Learning about finding and fixing bugs in a code base • Learning about designing client-facing features through proper UX/UI • Supporting the development team through performing tests and recording the results • Learning about participating in project management and working collaboratively on a development team These tasks will be focused on the physician scheduling portal’s web application and mobile application. The intern can expect to be guided and supervised by the senior development employees, as well as being gradually introduced to more independent work.
