Description:
The team will work on developing deep learning models that can utilize the vast amount of publicly available datasets. The group specializes in applying machine learning for geometry and low-level computer vision. Preliminary results for galaxy images have already been obtained and this model will now be extended beyond proof-of-concept to correlate them between redshifts and distances of galaxies.
