Description:

Implement and Test ISED database prototype based on policies that are specific to Canada in a real world commercial project to demonstrate the benefits for rural connectivity of the technology and also demonstrate the business case. Integrate with TVWS equipment vendors and provide easy access to WISP for the technology in order to have impact on the Canadian market as a viable alternative to LTE, WIFI and point to multipoint wireless equipment. The Dynamic Spectrum Allocation will also provide theoretical vs empirical data comparisons to facilitate improvement of policies for better spectrum utilization by ISED policies.
