Description:
This project has the goal developing a prototype for its first product, a plant-based fish fillet with a similar texture and nutritional value to a conventional fillet. This will be done through a partnership with Ryerson University's Food laboratory. Success in this project will allow New School Foods to raise foreign investment, and produce a plan to scale up the prototype to launch a product to market and achieve first revenues.
