Description:
Filming 360° stereoscopic images for cinematic virtual reality content brings a lot of challenges in terms of perspective correctness. In order to deliver a compelling VR experience the company need to correct the stereoscopy and stitching by adjusting the perspective of the foreground, differently than the background. This segmentation process is usually performed manually by compositing artists (Rotoscopy) and it is very labour intensive. The project is the automatization of this process.
