With the recent launch of Talent Resilience Platform on October 8th, 2020, one of the Plum's core Go-To-Market strategies is focused on moving “upmarket” to target enterprise companies with 5,000 or more employees. Plum needs to enhance its marketing capacity targeting senior HR executives at enterprise companies to increase the volume of marketing and sales generated leads in order to close the required amount of new customer deals needed to achieve FY21 revenue targets.
