This role is for a Customer Support team member to help onboard paying customers to the KnowHow software. The success of the software hinges on implementation, onboarding and maintaining ongoing engagement with the client. This team member will help companies define their processes within their company and bring them into KnowHow, and then will lead in rolling out KnowHow to the company's staff and will field and facilitate any questions that arise as employees use KnowHow to complete their day-to-day work.
