Description:
Workub is a safety and compliance management software tool for SMB's. Our employees cover all of the needs related to that software from Developers, QA's, Content, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Accounting/Finance, as well as the IT related to it all. Our IT department builds new computers, upgrades computers, manages the Network and Database, handles security, software, emails, back-ups, and even the new VOIP phone installation. At our companies size and growth we have managed to get by, but in the last few years its more fire fighting than it is strutured implementation and planning. This project will provide better systems, onboarding, back-ups, cost savings, planning and documentation.
