Description:
Analyzing transaction data can identify patterns and trends among customers by segmenting the needs of profiled customers. As a result, the customer profile is based not only on demographic information but also on past behaviour. Analyzing a customer profile is based on decision-making outputs such as product type, value, frequency, and spending patterns. It provides a clear picture of the most profitable customers by analyzing the customers' different patterns of behaviour or spending. In this project, upon characterizing the process and defining the variables, the framework for acquiring data will be designed. Efficient data acquisition is a critical step in dealing with big data.
