This project is suitable for a student who will analyze our current systems, make suggestions for improved systems and implement the new system. The current issues we are having are inefficiencies in creating BOM's, producing them with our inventory system, and managing the inventory raw materials and finished goods. We also have inefficiencies in the barcoding system we use that need to be improved. This will require process improvement (lean IT) and IT skills
